Rolls-Royce as a global technology leader aiding to sales and recruitment;
- an increase in
public confidence in policing in Leicestershire,
- a turnout of 48% in
the 2004 North East Regional Assembly Referendum
- recruitment of an
additional £2 million in new customers in 3 months for a University College
- turnover of £4
million for a property development start up.
Simon has built relationships with key journalists to secure local,
national and international coverage contributing to:
- placing features
and editorials in major national and international publications and the
production of TV and Radio documentaries in the US,
Germany, France and the UK;
- an average of 500
pieces of positive local media coverage per month for the Police in
Leicestershire
- 636 million
opportunities to see via 861 pieces of coverage for a national government
agency through a public relations campaign which delivered over
Simon has developed internal communications strategies which:
- introduced
restorative justice – reducing juvenile re-offending and increasing
police productivity and contributed to the reduction of Police Officer and
Police Staff sickness absence;
- supported HR
change programmes at HM Prison Service, including: the launch of the Service’s
“People Strategy,” the introduction of HR Business Partners and Shared
Services; the introduction of a job evaluation scheme and negotiations with
Unions on changes to terms and conditions.
